|Day 1||Luang prabang||Arrive in Luang Prabang. Transfer to hotel. After a refreshment, visit National museum and famous pagodas. climb Phu Si-hill and enjoy stunning scenery. Overnight in Luang Prabang.||L|
|Day 2||Laung Prabang||After breakfast, cruise upstream on the Mekong River, visit the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. After then, visit Ban Xanghai village. Overnight in Luang Prabang.||B,L|
|Day 3||Xieng Khoang||Drive to Xieng Khouang. Visit the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site where hundreds of large stone jars are littered all over the plateau. Visit some villages of hill tribal people. Overnight at Hotel in Phonsavanh.||B,L|
|Day 4||Vang Vieng||Drive to Vang Vieng. Upona rrival, check in at your hotel. Enjoy a short tubing along Somg river. You can see the stunning view of the town. (Other option: Walk to enjoy the great mountain scenery and visit surrounding caves). Overnight at Vang Vieng.||B,L|
|Day 5||Vientiane||Drive to Vientiane. Visit the oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues. Visit That Luang Stupa and the imposing Patuxay Monument. Overnight in the Vientiane.||B,L|
|Day 6||Vientiane||After breakfast, visit Buddha Park which is 30km far from the city center. (Alternative: Riding Elephant for sightseeing) Then transfer you to airport for your departure flight.||B,L|
Day 1: Arrival – Luang Prabang (L)
Upon your arrival in Luang Prabang, we welcome you at airport and transfer you to hotel. Check-in at hotel.
After a refreshment, start the city tour by visiting National Museum, Wat Visun, Wat Aham, the beautiful Wat Xieng Thong, walking along the street to Wat Mai.
Afternoon, climb Phu Si-hill to enjoy the view overlooking the city and watch the amazing sunset. From here we can see the magic Mekong and the small Nam Khan rivers. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave – Mekong River Cruise (B,L)
Today after breakfast get a transfer to the pier then enjoy a trip by private long boat on the Mekong river to Pak Ou, stop en-route to visit Muang Kham (Lao Lum), if you wish, Ban Xang Hai (Lao Lum), where the distillation of rice whisky (Lou Lao) can be seen.
Then continue onto Pak Ou, visiting the exciting “Tham Ting cave”, before crossing the Mekong to Ban Pak Ou. On our way back we will visit the village of Ban Xang Khong where they still produce saa paper.
ALTERNATIVE: Visit Kuang Si waterfalls
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the beautiful Kuang Si waterfalls. On the way, we stop to visit Hmong-and Khmu villages. Here we can learn about their way of life and the differences between Lao, Khamu and Hmong culture. Leave the villages for the waterfall. We arrive at the waterfall for a refreshing bath in the afternoon. Transfer back to Luang Prabang city.

Day 3: Luang Prabang – Xieng Khouang (B,L)
After breakfast, We drive to Xieng Khouang, which was devastated by American bombing between 1964 and 1973. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. We then drive out to visit the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site where hundreds of large stone jars are littered all over the plateau. We also have time, this afternoon seeing the old capital of Muang Khoun Province and the nearby villages, home to the Hmong hill tribe and Tai Dam people. They have an interesting local culture and a colorful history.
Stay overnigth in Xiengkhuang.
Day 4: Xieng Khouang – Vang Vieng (B,L)
Transfer to Vang Vieng. See amazing mountain sceneries, beautiful landscapes and village visits along the way. Upona rrival, check-in at hotel.
After a refreshment, enjoy a short tubing along Somg river about 2hours. Vang Vieng tubing can be as relaxing or as hedonistic and adventurous as one desires. Bars have sprung up all along the river offering cheap beer, rope swings, zip lines, and large decks for socializing. Tubing has become one big excuse to party in the river. Floating lazily from bar to bar with a drink in hand is a great way to escape the scorching afternoon sun. Watch the stunning view of the town.
Alternative: Walk in the great mountain scenery and visit of surrounding caves. Enjoy sightseeing the stunning landscape of Vang Vieng.

Day 5: Vang Vieng – Vientiane (B,L)
After breakfast, drive to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. After checking in your hotel we’ll start visiting the major sights of interest of Vientiane. Visit Wat Sisaket, a temple of thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image.
On the way to the famous sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Phatuxay Monument, which is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph.

Day 6: Vientiane – Departure (B,L)
After breakfast, check-out at hotel. Drive out of town 30KM to the beautiful Kuang Sii Fall, where you can swim, relax, soft trek to the top of the fall. On return short stop at Black Hmong Village, where hill tribe hand-made handicraft as souvenirs for visitors passes by.
Alternative: Riding Elephant for sightseeing
Together with our local guide, you will proceed to the “Elephant Village” about 15 km out Elephant riding, Elephant Tour in Luang Prabangof town and in the middle of a green, natural surrounding, settled on the banks of the Nam Khan river. Here you will be introduced to the protected Asian Elephants and go out for a scenic ride in the beautiful settings along the river. Enjoy the new perspective and the wonderful nature on this 30- 40 min Elephant ride through which you support the rescue of our former logging Elephants. Lunch will be served on the river view terrace overlooking the Nam Khan river and the surrounding landscapes. A short boat ride will bring you to the amazing Tad Sae waterfalls (not in dry season from Jan-August). Here you can hang out and relax for a while in the refreshing waterfall cascades. A short boat trip will bring you back to the Elephant Village.
